As an owner of a skin care company, I always have a million things on my mind, things to do, complete or to task out. Some days I just can't find space in my mind. I created this book to be able to level myself, encourage myself and find my daily space with God. Taking time for you is essential no matter what you do in life.

Each day when you pick up this journal, find your quite space, say your prayers, read your bible and then write your thoughts, goals, plans etc. This life is hard enough, take time for you. Know that God Loves you and I love you!
